Sometimes, when strong forces are combined, magic happens.

That was the case when Lucas de Wert and Steve Jansen (The Netherlands) started their DJ careers at the age of 12.

After gaining a few years of solo-experience in several clubs in Holland and Belgium, they finally decided to join forces in 2010, performing and producing together.

Their project ‘Lucas and Steve’ was born, and after having bundled their strenghts they quickly invaded the scene, releasing tracks on labels such as …

… US-based label GF Recordings (Hardwell, Afrojack), Sneakerz Muzik (Belocca, Erick E) and Housepital Recordings (Stefano Noferini, Blacktron).

The fresh and groovy house and tech-house sounds of Lucas and Steve got airplay by several big shots in the bussiness, such as …

… David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Fedde Le Grand, UMEK, Roger Sanchez, Roog (Housequake), Lucien Foort and many, many more.

With a bright future ahead of them, it’s pretty obvious: this is just the beginning!
