Volac is a young, but very ambitious Russian underground project created in 2012.

Volac brings a new sound of house music. It goes deeper and is more multifaceted.

This project is focused mostly on an European audience.

The crew combines classic Deep House, G House and Tech House with a variety of unusual beats and rhythm sections.

It makes all of their tracks unique and different.

Moreover, their music doesn’t aim to make a profit.

They are fed up with commercial music, tracks with the same sounds, beats and rhythms over and over again without bringing something new.

Their music is only for a limited audience and this fact absolutely doesn’t frighten them.

This music is only for likeminded people who value real deep and multifaceted sounds, and feel the music.

This is the main idea.

We can truly call Volac a product of the new underground stream.

The first step of the project formation was made by CUFF label with its creator Amine Edge & DANCE.

The Volac – Snapback track will be played on CUFF records this summer.

It has already been played by Amine Edge and other successful producers and DJs in many famous European clubs.

The sofware the crew uses to create the tracks is Ableton Live.

Because they consider it as the most convenient sequensor they have ever tried.

They prefer DynAudio as monitors and M-Audio as sound blaster.

According to the crew’s opinion, all these devices are not the most important part of their work.

Their ability to create and materialize different ideas is much more valuable.

But at the same time they realize the importance of devices for the clarity and depth of sounds.
